There is a $5.00 service charge, plus postage each time we forward your mail to you.

Exception:
- Anything weighing 13 ounces – and under 4 pounds(0.4 kg – 1.82 kg ) mailed through the United States Postal Service will incur a US$10 service charge.
- Anything weighing over 4 pounds and less than 10 pounds (1.82 kg – 4.55 kg) will incur a service charge of US$15.
- Packages weighing over 10 pounds (4.55 kg) will incur a US$15 service charge + packaging/boxing.
This is due to the amount of extra time needed to go to the post office and the filling out of the paperwork required by the Post Office to mail an item over 1 pound.
Our FedEx rates, due to our volume, are generally lower than the Post Office's EMS Service.

Opening Mail, Order Processing and Bank Deposits
If your business is not located in the United States it can be time consuming to receive orders in Los Angeles and then wait until the mail arrives in your country. Mail Service Center can open your mail as it comes in, fax or scan the contents to you and make the bank deposit locally (you are responsible for opening your bank account). With this service, you can process your customers orders the same day received in Los Angeles.
We can also deposit checks that come to you personally, saving you time.
Rates:
- US$ 1 per letter opened and scanned/faxed to you (first page). Each additional page is US$0.25.
- US$10 per bank deposit. We can make your deposits at Citibank, Bank of America, US Bank and Wells Fargo Bank. The charge is US$20 for other banks due our travel time to reach those banks. We can also mail your deposit to your bank for a $10 service charge.
Product/Sample Shipment:
Perfect for companies located outside the USA. Send us your pre-packaged samples and we will mail to your customers in the USA. There is a US$1 service charge plus postage for each sample/product mailed. We can ship from your company’s "Los Angeles USA" address.

We are NOT a P.O. Box. ›› You will be given a street address which can be used for almost any purpose, including opening bank accounts, receiving DMV (Driver's License or Vehicle Registration), receiving immigration papers, registering a business and almost any other use that a P.O. Box does not allow.
We can accept courier delivery (UPS, FedEx, DHL or other courier). We can also sign for registered or certified items if you so request.
We normally forward mail for customers weekly, twice a month or monthly. We can also forward your mail on the day it arrives, upon your request.
How can I check what mail has arrived? Simply send us an e-mail or phone us and we will let you know what mail has arrived. Choose to have it forwarded to you, scanned to you or discarded.
